A VIP bar with intention, space where guests could slow down, tune in to the first-ever cinematic livestream with , and take in the week from a new vantage point. A considered shift from transitional event foyer to an elevated fashion precinct.

The Gallery was a vision of minimalism at scale — a bright white, studio-lit space built for impact. A pristine, white studio aesthetic offering designers the freedom to reimagine, reshape, and fully own the runway experience. With cutting-edge lighting and audio, flexible seating configurations, and a fully equipped backstage, it was designed for bold minimalism — and maximum impact. From backstage to centre stage, every detail was considered.

A runway worthy of legacy — and built for what’s next.

We designed our largest onsite showroom the Carla Zampatti Runway as a dynamic, content-forward space: both a world-class showroom, and a storytelling engine room. Staged within a fully transformed Bay 17, with a high-definition LED backdrop, flexible and fixed seating, and a media riser built for optimal capture, it offered every designer — from industry icons to emerging voices — the opportunity to present their collection in its best light.

From the first designer to the last, every show in this space was shaped by the same intention — to honour the craft, amplify the energy, and leave a lasting impression.

From spatial design to show production, we worked collaboratively with the team on the creative development and production delivery of the on-ground experience of this new chapter of Australian Fashion Week. Together with our creative partners .agency , who crafted the AFW brand identity, website, social, and event content, we brought this new era of AFW to life across every touchpoint.

This wasn’t just about making it look good — it was about making it mean something. From world-first brand moments to legacy runway spaces, this was a week shaped by purpose, not just polish.
