“Let your roots grow…”
Colossians 2:7

We grow cut flowers in our backyard with our 3 children and also offer dried flower arrangements and products—capturing each bloom well beyond the growing season.

Hello October!

The calendar is slowing down but the behind the scenes work is picking up. October is a time full of preparations for rest.

October reminds us that we can’t carry striving into a season that calls for surrender.

Let it fall.

Let the expectations fall.

Let the over-planning fall.

Let the fears of the unknown fall.

Let the producing from a source of depletion fall.

Let the weight of comparison fall.

Surrender what we were never meant to hold in the first place. Why? What He has for us is always better.

You know the day was fruitful when you forgot to take a single picture of an event. 🤍

12 women (14 including myself and Chris at Illuminate The Truth) attended our first women’s mini retreat today.

12 women made the decision to take 4 hours out of their day/week/weekend to be in the Word and connect with like-minded women of God. WOW!

Thankful beyond measure. 💐
