What’s your favorite way to get together with friends these days?

A girls’ night?

A few months ago I realized my favorite nights weren’t happening at restaurants anymore. They were happening around a kitchen island, on a patio, with good food, good drinks, great music, and the people I love.

That idea eventually became Pans, Vino & Jams.

I put together this flyer because people kept asking what exactly I do. 😊

Meet the appetizer of summer☀️🍷

Inspired by one of my favorite restaurants Osteria Forto.

Crostini topped with burrata, caramelized onion, grilled pears, crunchy walnuts, honey drizzle, and flaky salt. 🤤

Did I fully master whatever wizardry their chefs are doing back there? Absolutely not.

Was it still ridiculously delicious with a glass of wine on the patio? Absolutely yes. 🙌
