Who is ready for an art contest? We are!!!

This is a creative opportunity to win free or discounted tickets to LPSNYMEETUP2026!!! Best part? All participants will win something!

All you have to do is draw Rosalie in your style and you have full creative freedom! Want her advertising the meetup? Do it! Want her hanging out with friends or your mascot? Draw it! Want to do a simple portrait? We’d love to see it! Just make sure to tag us and use the tag so we can see!

Participants will win 1 of 3 prizes:
🥇 place: 1 free ticket to LPSNYMeetup 2026
🥈 place: 50% off one ticket to LPSNYMeetup 2026
🥉 place (given to ALL participants): 10% LPSNYMeetup 2026 tickets

Before filling out an application be sure to read or skim through the vendor info post on this page! It has some important information and things to consider!

Applications are required in order to be considered for 1 of the 5 vendor spots! You will be notified whether you are a vendor or not the same day general tickets go on sale! After receiving an email that you have been selected, you will have approximately 1 week to pay the vendor ticket fee, or you will lose your spot! (Payment for vendors is through PayPal G&S, not through the website). If you were not selected to be a vendor, you are still welcome to attend this event and we hope to see you there!!!

Vendor tickets are $95 for a table! With the purchase you’re granted 2 GA tickets (one for yourself and one for a partner) and a table!

Deadline to apply is September 19th! If the deadline is extended we will let you all know!

Mark you’re calendars for August 9th, 2026! LPSNY will be taking place for the third time in Webster, NY!! We are continuing with the decision to keep this event a meetup and not a convention, so the event will have a maximum capacity of 75 people! Tickets will be on sale September 25th at 1:00pm (EST)!

Vendor applications are due by September 19th at midnight!
