What to cook when it's cold outside and it's also cold season... soup is the perfect solution.
Here is Italian vegetable soup. 5 simple ingredients and super easy to make.
Italian vegetable soup:
Beef... chuck roast, soup beef or any other cut you like
Diced celery... about 8 ribs
Diced onion...1 large or 2 small or 1 cup frozen chopped
Petite diced canned tomatoes...3 small cans or 1 large can
Noodles... 1 bag medium or wide
Spices: salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders, celery salt to taste, 3 beef bouillon cubes
Boil beef with enough water to cover (about half the pot). Add celery, onion and tomatoes. Add spices to taste. Cook until vegetables are tender. Cook noodles following package directions, drain and set aside. To serve, place noodles in bowl and then add soup. Eat as is or garnish with parmesan cheese
