Helped Chef Chad today at Chef Pams Kitchen for a plated brunch today!
Here's a few of the delicious courses!
*Seafood Empanada and Grilled Garlic shrimp w/ bachemel sauce and micro greens and basil oil
*Traditional poached eggs Benedict! Hollandaise is always my favorite brunch item!
*Tiramisu roll w/ cream anglise and strawberry puree

Also not featured was the bourbon raisin bread pudding and fruit plate w/ a glaze drizzled chocolate chip scone and cinnamon butter!
