The path this business has led us on over the years simply amazes and tonight was no exception.

Myself, Ashley and Amber followed the path below to a beautiful home where we catered a perfect wedding.

The bride, groom and guests dined on our BBQ themed menu consisting of smoked brisket and smoked pulled pork sliders, homemade mac and cheese, BBQ beans and garden salad. Appetizers consisted of fresh fruit, caprese skewers and stuffed mushrooms.

Congratulations Brittany and Kaelyn! Thank You both for putting your trust in us! Wishing you many years of happiness!

Yesterday AND today we had the utmost PRIVILEGE to be welcomed back by ALCOA management in Massena NY to cater full meals to almost 600 amazingly kind and gracious folks!

We love St. Lawrence County, what with so many business and wedding caterings planned for this season.

Tonight we catered a wedding at Ceeekstone Farms just outside Adams Center NY

The bride and groom and guests had a menu that featured our BBQ themed dinner.

Tender smoked brisket and barbecue chicken sliders, homemade mac and cheese, our barbecue infused beans, homemade coleslaw, garden salad and homemade cornbread. For appetizers they chose our homemade Bolognese with meatballs

Creekstone Farms is a wonderful venue, if you haven't been check them out!

To the newlyweds we'd like to say thank you to Elaina and Ryan for choosing us to cater one of the biggest days of your lives.

Just finished up an amazing catering today for a good client in Syracuse NY.

Yesterday we fed their night crew and today we fed the day crew at Kilian industries, this is our second time there in 6 months and they've already booked us for another catering this fall!

About 150 people had a great lunch consisting of Philly cheesesteaks, quarter pound cheeseburgers, Taco boats, homemade mac and cheese, homemade macaroni salad, our barbecue infused baked beans and our homemade BLT pasta salad not to mention soda water and our famous lemonades!

Businesses take note, this is one way to keep happy employees!

A ramble, cause i care.

As many of you know we close the restaurant from end of May until November each year to focus on the overwhelmingly busy Catering, Food Trailer and Events season that leaves us with no time to run the shop.

The amount of people we have had to turn away both in person as well as calls for orders was mindboggling the last two weeks. Every time the phone rings i feel horrible to have to let folks know we are not open until November and the genuinely sad responses breaks my heart.

If you see we are at a place near you this summer with the food trailers, please come say hello, we miss our regulars and so many new faces were just starting to discover CD's Cheesesteaks and Subs.

I guess caring is a good thing but it comes with some heartache attached.

Today we served the staff and National Guard at the Cape Vincent Correctional Facility in beautiful Cape Vincent New York.

What a great day and a bunch of wonderful people with smiles galore.

So many compliments on the cowboy burgers, tacos and taco boats, fresh lemonade and other foods that we brought.

All right Carthage NY, you've been asking us to come back since last fall so tomorrow is the day!

Show up and show your support and we will be coming back a lot more this summer season!

Wednesday May 27th we will be serving outside the main entrance of Carthage area hospital 11-130pm and all of the public is invited to come have our delicious food and drinks!

Tomorrow our specialty menu is highlighted by our 🌮 Taco boats and soft 🌮 , as well our award-winning Cowboy burgers, regular burgers and hot dogs, the best Italian sausages around and don't forget our highly popular fresh lemonade.
