Throw back Wednesday, I guess. These were two of the Bords we offered at the Craig Stein Memorial Oktoberfest a few weeks ago. Incredible Fondue from , and a house made “Obatzda”, which is really hard to say, so we just went with German Pub Cheese.

This’here the BluVan Nordic Dog. Mostly inspired by a hotdog shop in downtown Reykjavik, it’s been a crowd pleaser. House-made remoulade seems to be the “secret ingredient”, despite the fact I’ll totally explain to you exactly how it’s made if you buy five or more Nordic Dogs.
