I had the pleasure of teaching a class The Franciscan Center of Baltimore today as part of their Food RX Program using all ingredients from their free pantry. This month’s class theme was Cook Out and I demonstrated a three bean salad and a black bean and yam veggie burgers.

Our Time has partnered with the The Franciscan Center of Baltimore to provide culinary teachers to their summer cooking demo program. Next Month Chef Catina Smith will be teaching a Back to School special!

Come add color to the newest mural at OTK by transforming vegetables into block print stamps! We will have all the supplies, but feel free to bring your own vegetable to experiment with!
