Year 9! 🎉

January 2nd 2017, Jazmine Karess Events was born! With the help of my mentor & loved ones (who were just excited to see me put my bossy ways to use 😅) I started this business! ✨

I want to express gratitude to every client, vendor friend, & everyone in between, who put their faith & trust in JKE. We did not get here by ourselves and would not still be here without you all cheering us on!

The focus for Year 8 was delegation and refining systems. Last year I built a powerhouse team, who already ran an event without me! Year 9 you’ll be seeing a bit of fine tuning in our branding, more of the front-facing content yall love, & a deeper look into my work and voice as an event designer.

Happy 9th birthday JKE! I’m throwing a party for Year 10 so consider this your notice 😉✨

My staff often hears me say “we’re out of the woods” during the reception on wedding day. Mainly because I’ve watched WAY too much Grey’s Anatomy 🤭 but it basically means we’ve made it past all the big moments & logistics, guests are seated, dinner is served, and our clients can finally chill for a bit.

The sweetheart table is the first time all day couples get to just take it all in for a moment. This sweetheart table was styled with lush cascading tropical florals, honoring the bride’s Caribbean roots, to add meaningful touches to wedding day as they stepped into their new chapter.
