THIS IS WHY YOUR CHICKEN BREAST IS DRY ⤵️

Dry, chicken breast is more often than not, due to being OVERCOOKED. That may sound obvious, but many people forgo using food thermometers and rely instead on their best judgment. Unfortunately, that leaves LOTS of room to overcook meat. 😬

Chicken breast should be cooked to165 degrees. Dark meat of chicken to 175 degrees. Don't over-complicate it. Use a thermometer and get the perfect temp every single time.
