We are located in beautiful Ashland Oregon, home of the Shakespeare Festival. Our artisan chocolates and pastries are featured in Northern and Southern Oregon fine restaurants, gourmet stores and coffee shops. Chef Louise is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate. Our Chocolate Mousse Cakes are now located in the freezer section at the Astoria Coop, along with our frozen cookie doughs.
The Chocolate Mousse Cake is delicious thawed, with no loss of flavor (or you can it frozen too). Thaw in the fridge without opening the container for at least 5 hours. Bring to room temperature about 1/2 hour before serving and enjoy!
