It's one thing when friends and family tell you how good your food is. It's a whole other thing when strangers tell you and then continue to talk about it the next day!!! That's the stuff that keeps me going!

Didn't get any pictures at the event. But yesterday we served The Bokars and 120 or so of their friends and family to a delicious BBQ spread to celebrate Joe and Kelly on their marriage.

Custom ordered menu included pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac n cheese, beans, slaw, cornbread muffins and an order for 15 racks of ribs!! Since I have no pics of the set up here are some pics of the ribs on the smoker and the muffins getting ready for the oven!!! One of these days I'll remember to take more pics.

When the guys who run an expo you set up at every January sends you a screenshot of emails from vendors asking them if you'll be there again this year. Either they want to know if they need to pack their own lunch or they are hoping we'll be there and they enjoyed our food. Either way it seems people remember us. And yes we will be at The Great Lakes Fishing Expo again in January 2026.

Great event for the Muransky Companies Bass Classic for the United Way and Ohio Bass Fishing Hall of Fame Induction dinner.

Served up around 100 people with all natural wood smoked pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac n cheese, smoked beans, pasta salad, coleslaw, Cornbread Muffins, and we debuted our smoked Brisket!!!

Just a little catering set up for a charity mixer and the Ohio Bass Fishing HOF inductions. Event went great and one we will look foward to every year. Appreciate all the kind words and compliments. And some of you finally got some of our brisket!!!
