New London: I was in town today! I was so impressed and proud of my hometowns community spirit. It was wonderful to see neighbors come together to help each other! I know it was a long and hot day!
Thursday we are bringing the BBQ trailer to Stylocity from 4:30-7:00.

We are smoking up a bunch of meat and we are offering a special $5.00 Pulled Pork Sandwich! Come feed yourself, come feed your family. Let us do the cooking for you.
(We will also have brisket, ribs, porky Mac, brisket Mac and all of our sides)

We served around 1500.
185 racks of ribs
165 pounds of Brisket
155 pounds of pulled Pork
40 pounds of chopped chicken
And lord knows how much Mac and Cheese,Cheesy Potatoes and Sweet Tennessee Slaw.

We want to Thank Everyone that ate with us, stopped to visit with us, stopped to ask questions, and returned to tell us how Amazing our BBQ is!
