This week will the last week of the year that we will setup in our Dry Ridge location. With the holidays approaching we will be focusing on our Holiday Turkeys, Hams, and Catering. We want to sincerely THANK all of our customers for their loyalty and support! We will be open Wed-Fri 11AM-7PM and really hope to see everyone one last time!

Our Smoked Salmon is the first Salmon recipe we ever made and the only one we have ever made! We start by smoking Fresh Salmon and sprinkle it with our Secret Pastrami Rub and coat it with our Signature Molasses Glaze. The pepperiness from the rub compliments the sweetness of glaze for the BEST salmon you will ever eat! Come on out and it give it a try, We promise you will not be disappointed!

We brine our Turkeys (Bourbon Brine or Butter&Herb) for at least 24 hours and slow smoke them to an internal temperature of 165 degrees. The result is a super moist and flavorful bird that is sure to WOW everyone at the table! Our Spiral Sliced Hams are double smoked and coated with several layers of our signature glaze (Cherry Bourbon or Apple Cherry) to give it the perfect amount of sweetness everyone is sure to love!
