Hot Tip Thursday: While booking your vendors and rentals - make sure that all start time and arrival times are accounted for so they do *not* disrupt your timeline

For example- Steer away from having any vendors arrive / load-in while your wedding ceremony is taking place (it could be disruptive)- and we don’t want that!

This is one small tip that plays a large role in your wedding day timeline 📝

TODAY NMG MARKETING AND EVENTS OFFICIALLY CELEBRATES 4️⃣ YEARS IN BUSINESS!!! 🎉🎉🎉🩷

I am overjoyed to be celebrating this milestone and gratefully overwhelmed with the growth my business has experienced- especially over the last year.

I pour myself into my business every single day. It’s hard work, it’s perseverance, it’s trusting the process of doing a little bit each day truly does lead to life changing results. It’s never being afraid to ask someone a question, because if you don’t ask, the answer will always be no.

I’m absolutely nothing without my clients - to all of my brides and grooms and individuals and families celebrating special events in your life THANK YOU for not only hiring me, but fully trusting me with these priceless moments in your life. I truly wouldn’t be able to do what I do without you and thank you for letting me be my fun, bubbly, creative self to assist with your Weddings & Events- it really is the most wonderful honor 🥹

Every week is an internal rollercoaster ride between the imposter syndrome, doubting myself, to then getting new inquiries- including people who first knew me from my personal life (one of the biggest compliments!), and creative problem-solving, along with then of course clients who soon become friends ☺️

Hot Tip Thursday: Don’t be afraid to Repurpose your Wedding Florals! 💐🌿

The Wedding Ceremony is only *one* aspect (and possibly only one space of many!) for your Wedding Day- don’t be afraid to reuse Florals and Decor to be incorporated throughout your Wedding Day!

We knew the Ceremony Floral Arch would be repurposed to be the backdrop for John and Mat’s Sweetheart Table 💚

Day of we decided it could be fun to incorporate the aisle florals to add some additional pops of color, decor and greenery as a garland and centerpiece for the Sweetheart Table too! ☺️

On July 14, 2026, Briana & Josh officially became husband and wife in the most beautiful wedding that I have ever witnessed.

The love that Briana and Josh have for one another and the immense amount of love for Mia, Briana’s Daughter and Maid Of Honor to be present and to take part in their wedding ceremony while being surrounded with an intimate guest list of loved ones- Love truly took to the forefront of their wedding day and that is what getting married is all about 🤍

The tiny details, the frills, all of the components that make up a wedding day sometimes can really make the big picture foggy. Love is all you need 🫶

Hot Tip Thursday: Hire quality vendors and allow yourself to fully trust them 🤍 This is your reminder that your experienced vendors have your back!

Hot Take- your vendor team should be taking on and fixing the stressors that come with a wedding & event day- not being the cause of it 🤷‍♀️

Vendors should be providing quality services- ready to be flexible when needed, show up prepared, on time (ideally early), and excited to jump in to work as a cohesive unit with your vendor team to give you the best day possible!

While searching for vendors it may sound convenient to go with the cheapest one, someone new wanting to build a brand new portfolio for free or want to sign a contract that sounds too good to be true (I promise, it is).

We ALL start somewhere - but it is so important to remember that not every good deal is *actually* good (let alone real) and to really do your research before hiring vendors. OR be sure to hire a Planner like me to ensure we are bringing on top-notch services for your upcoming day! 🎉

Hot Tip Thursday: Don’t be afraid to make your wedding- YOUR OWN! 🤍

While Wedding Planning with Molly and Eric, they mentioned that they would not be doing a wedding cake, but they had a close friend that would be baking cookies for everyone. I suggested, “What if we use frosting on a cookie and you can write something personalized on it together? That way you can still have a *sweet* photo-op moment in lieu of a cake cutting! Consider it done 🍪☺️

Some of my FAVORITE parts of Wedding Planning is when I can think outside of the box and be creative with options for my couples while incorporating elements that really reflect their interests and stepping slightly away from all of the standard cookie-cutter wedding milestones- no pun intended🤭

This is YOUR wedding- shouldn’t the Planning process and of course your Wedding Day not only reflect you, but be FUN?! 🤍
