WHO'S READY FOR LEAGUE???? League sign ups end this coming Sunday by close at Northern Realms Trading Cards! If your haven't been there, GO CHECK THEM OUT!!! NOW!! lots of great items, new stuff all the time! League starts the last weekend of June! Friday and Sunday!

Speaking of last weekend of June, that's two headed giant! Saturday June 27th, we are watching teams against teams tear it up for some awesome give aways and prizes!! I've seen some of the decks coming to this event... they are gnarly! Can't wait to see who takes home the gold!! Also, you are welcome to come just watch!! Spectators cheering you on makes it that much more intense!!

July is gonna be full of commander and league, so be sure to catch that calendar when it's posted!

🔥 Big news for Northern Realms Trading Cards! 🔥

We are officially approved as a Bandai TCG+ store, which means we’ll be hosting official Bandai tournaments and events right here in Hibbing!

Our current focus will be:

🏴‍☠️ One Piece Card Game
🤖 Gundam Card Game
& dragon ball fusion world

The biggest goal is simple: we want to build a fun, welcoming weekly TCG community where people can come play, learn, trade, and meet other local players.

New players are absolutely welcome. If you’ve been curious about learning One Piece, Gundam, or Dragon Ball but haven’t had anyone to teach you, this is a great time to jump in. We’re happy to help teach new players how the games work and get you comfortable playing.

Our weekly One Piece tournaments will be on Saturday afternoons for now, but we are open to adjusting the schedule to best fit when players are actually able to come in and play.

Weekly tournaments will be FREE entry, and everyone who plays will receive at least 1 official participation pack from the official tournament prizing. Tournament kits also include winner and judge packs.

Players will sign up through the Bandai TCG+ app. If you don’t know how to use it yet, stop into the store and I’ll be happy to walk you through it.

We will also be running One Piece release events. Those will be $35 entry and each participant will receive 6 packs from the new set, a pre-release event pack, and more!

This is a big step for the store, and we’re excited to start growing something fun for local players here in town.

Tmnt draft today at 4pm at Northern Realms Trading Cards!!! Next weekend (Sunday) they will be holding a Gundam tournament, 2pm! Then the end of the month, a Rockstar weekend of 1st run for league on the 26th and the 2 headed giant tournament at Mt iron in the 27th, then another league the 28th!!!!

I will have the league sign up sheets at Northern Realms starting today! If you are interested, come in all week and sign up, final call will be Sunday June 7th! I'll have welcome packs for our first night June 26th. If you haven't played in a league, you are in for a treat!!! It's FREE. only thing i ask is to help support the shop in some way, whether it be purchase, or share posts or tell your friends about the place!!

Hey guys!! Sorry haven't been super active, life got busy!! But I have some announcements!!!

TODAY: there is a trading card show going down at the armory here in hibbing! Northern Realms Trading Cards will have a table, and a few of our friends as well!! Tons of cool stuff to look at, come see!!

MAY 31ST: we will be doing a draft for MTG TMNT at Northern Realms! $35 gets your packs, your seat and some fun with friends! If you've never done a draft, come experience it with us!! You keep what you pull! No winners, just tons of fun!

JUNE 27TH: TWO HEADED GIANT!!!! our next big event at Mt iron community center!!! Grab your partner, grab your best decks, and come battle it out with other partners to see who takes home the prizes!! First place group gets llorwyn eclipsed booster box, second place group each one gets a pre-release pack!!

We will also start setting up an MTG league soon, I'm working out the logistics now, so please be patient with me! I can't pull a Reba all the time! Will start at the end of the month of June!

There will also be some fun and games stuff coming up with CHAIR, Ceasar Ortega will be getting some more info for that hopefully soon!! Even though we will miss fancon this year, these guys deserve a much needed break, but they still want to bring you some fun and community!! THANK YOU!!!

Speaking about flyers!! If you want a physical flyer for any of our upcoming events, ask me! I will gladly print you a pile to give out! I will be getting them in the library and other places soon!! But best advertisement is you guys!! You have helped us grow so much!! I know Christian at the shop loves seeing everyone come in and play, no matter what day it is, or what game!! I love seeing the community grow!! You guys do the work too!! THANK YOU!!!

Hope everyone is doing well!! Have a casual tourney coming up on the 17th! I (This is Ashley btw if you didn't already know) won't be able to be there due to a non-negotiable happening at my unless house, but i think I can get Triston Zaudtke to come up and keep score for you guys!! It's $10, you get a pack of mtg, play some games, winner gets another pack! I will give him and Christian the names of the guys getting in for free! Hope everyone has a great time! I'll still do reminder posts here and in the discord this week of course. Oh!! And you will have to share space with the guys in the Gundam event as well!!
