Class feature!! We have Pilates every Tuesday at 5:30 pm! Mostly we stick to a mat focused class, but every once in awhile we mix it up with fun equipment, like this class a couple weeks ago where we used our weighted hoops 💪🏻

Join Allison for a class that blends movement, breath, and reflection in the lower level of the historic mountain iron library.

This isn’t just a yoga class—it’s an opportunity to turn inward and reconnect with the story you’re living.

Expect soft lighting, gentle music, thoughtful prompts, and a space that feels like your own personal reading nook. We’ll move, we’ll pause, and we’ll allow space to journal if you like. 💕

No need for sign up- just bring your own mat please and meet us in the basement of the Mountain Iron Library.

After three years of dreaming, scrubbing, painting, and pouring our hearts into opening the fitness studio at Maco Theater, we are ready to open the stage of our 100-year-old theater for live music and events. The MACO is coming back to life—and we’re kicking things off in style!

To celebrate 20 years of Allison Kreibich - State Farm Agent insuring the Iron Range, and the start of this new chapter, we’re hosting our first-ever live music event on the MACO stage during the Revive Virginia Food Truck Festival 2025.

Come raise a glass, dance on the sparkly dance floor, and help us light up this historic gem with music, community, and so much joy

Tomorrow we start our Summer Yoga Flow class at noon! 🧘‍♀️☀️

We generally stick to our daily 5:30 pm class schedule in the summer, but wanted to offer a weekly midday option for those on summer break looking to get their fitness fix in earlier in the day. This class is also a little shorter, at 50 minutes, for those who want to break up their work day with a little treat for your mind, body, and soul 💕

Tomorrow marks the start of sunny July and a slightly new fitness class schedule! After this holiday week, we start two new classes- Music Video Sculpt is back on Thursdays, and we added a Summer Yoga Flow at noon on Wednesdays for all the mid day yoga lovers. We also now have Barre every week on Wednesday afternoon.💙
