To the 757 Da Kool Kidz Community & the Public
As a woman and as someone who helps hold space within this community, I want to address recent concerns with clarity and care.
The safety, dignity, and personal boundaries of every person who enters our spaces will always come first. We work intentionally to create an environment that is safe, clean, mature, and built on mutual respect and consent. Consent is not a suggestion within this community — it is the foundation of how we operate.
We were deeply saddened to learn of a recent situation involving a breach of those values. Our hearts go out to the individual affected, and we stand in support of them. No one should ever feel that their boundaries were ignored or their safety compromised.
It is also important to clarify something for the community and the public. While members and guests may sign NDAs for access to private gatherings, those agreements exist to protect the privacy of attendees and the integrity of the space — they do not protect illegal behavior. If an individual chooses to break the law or violate another person’s autonomy, we respect the law fully and will report such matters immediately to the appropriate authorities.
Our goal has always been to cultivate a community where adults can socialize and interact responsibly, knowing that respect, accountability, and consent are non-negotiable.
We will continue doing the work to maintain a space where people feel safe, respected, and empowered.
