“When I hired Naomi Ruth Events as my day of coordinator, I was looking for someone who could help me enjoy my wedding day stress free, and Naomi definitely delivered! My husband and I had a small wedding (about 45 guests) at The Obici House in Suffolk in July 2023. Naomi was everywhere doing everything! She successfully ran the rehearsal; set up all my decor on the wedding morning, coordinated all the vendor setup, and kept us all running on time on the wedding day. Naomi was key in repairing a near cake disaster - I just walked away and she stepped in to handle what was feeling like a VERY stressful situation. Naomi also helped with my hair, with my Matron of Honor's dress sash, and with steam ironing my wedding dress, just to name a few things. She was great at keeping all of us focused enough to be ready on time! Naomi made sure my husband and I had drinks and food throughout the day - we were very pampered and able to enjoy all the special moments. At the end of night while we were all still dancing with our guests, Naomi very quietly cleaned up and packed all our decor in the other rooms, leftover food, and the miscellaneous stuff we had brought that day. We had a wonderful wedding day where we truly enjoyed every minute, and Naomi is largely responsible for that. She is an excellent day of coordinator and I highly recommend her for your special events too!”

“Naomi did a fantastic job with our wedding. We did a VERY DIY wedding, so there were a lot of loose ends that someone needed to take care of that day, and she did all of it in stride! There were details that I just couldn’t accomplish that she took care of the way I would have. She worked closely with our photographer and DJ to make sure the evening ran smoothly. Not only was she amazing at what I had hired her for (a la carte day of coordination) but she also captured special moments for my husband and I that we wouldn’t have otherwise.
I would recommend her to anyone getting married looking for day of coordination!”
