I want to thank all the wonderful ladies at the Victoria symphony league for allowing us to cater their style show gala luncheon yesterday at Spring Creek event Center. This is our second year in a row to help out on this wonderful event.. almost 400 we’re in attendance for this great event! The ladies really go all out on the decorating of the individual tables, we were able to provide a grilled pork tenderloin with chicken breast, and a smoky mesquite gravy, cheesy bacon, potatoes, and green beans for a nice plated lunch menu! Thanks again so much, looking forward to the next wonderful event with these fun ladies! Gonna be a busy weekend, so like I always say, I’ll see you on the next one!!

I want to thank everybody in Victoria, who took advantage of getting our pork steak plates last Thursday! It was highly successful with close to 300 orders in a weeks time! I was blown away at the response that we got from this. I can definitely see where there is a market to do these again. So be on the lookout down the road for some plates with different menu options to choose from.! Thanks again, Victoria!! I’ll see you on the next one

Well, since it went over so well when we did them last October, we’re going to offer them to the public again, September 10, that’s next Thursday! Yes, our 1 pound pork steak with bacon, mac & cheese and green beans will be available between 11 -1 for $14.00!! you can pick up at 906 Blyth or I can deliver for orders of three plates or more. Please call me at 361–5 71–1450 to place orders, I need all orders in by September 8. We’re going to try this again and if it’s a successful as it was last October, then there may be more plates with different items on the horizon. Thanks a lot, now go ahead and get those orders in and I’ll see you on the next one.
