The Vicksburg District Library would like to thank Carson Barnes and Gabe Branham for their dedication to the Third Annual Senior Day of Service and their hard work cleaning our library chairs. They worked hard on this project and we appreciate all they did . Also, a big thanks to Vicksburg Schools for creating such a wonderful community event.

Calling all budding young artists 8-12 years old!

☀️ Summer is just around the corner and so is Pottery Camp at Hot Flash Pottery, Art Gallery & Studio! This fun experience is for every level of youth!
3 Sessions are available in June & July:
Reserve your child’s seat today in the Village of Vicksburg!

🔥About Pottery Camp:
Each session is three consecutive days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
During camp students will be taught hand building techniques to make a different project each day. Students paint their pieces at the end of each class. Pieces will be ready for pick-up 3 weeks after end of camp.
Kids will take home pieces that are food and dishwasher safe. We use only non-toxic clay and glaze in our studio. If kiddos are just visiting for a short time, pieces can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. for $10.
- Each class is two hours per day
- All materials are included
- Drop-off only (Parents are welcome to stroll our Village and grab a coffee or shop while kids are in class!)
- All pieces will be slab-built, not on pottery wheel

📖 Local Author, Sharon Pendola has MADE her own book with stories of growing up in her family grocery store on Centre Street and will be in the market signing her books! Full of local nostalgia, you’ll love her book and she’ll also be here Saturday!

🚘 June 14: Car Show Craft Show & 50% Sale!
Saturday, 44th Festival and our Artisan Craft and Vintage Market in our garden courtyard! We are OPEN 9am-4pm.
We’ll have dozens of special vendors selling their artisan goods, including wood crafts, vintage button collectors, stoneware artisans, jewlery makers and more! This will be our biggest sale of the year with many makers and vendors selling goods at 50% off (including refurbished and antique furniture!)

🏆KIDS CAR SHOW COLORING CONTEST!🏆

All ages & Kids will have an opportunity to MAKE an Old Car Show Festival Poster and enter our contest to WIN our summer’s BIggest Jar of Candy Ever.
