A clean pit is a happy pit. The 500-gallon Freedom Offset got the full scrub-down today and is ready to start laying down some serious hardwood smoke again.

People see the finished brisket and pulled pork—but this is the part they don't always see. Taking care of the equipment is just as important as the cook itself. Clean grates, clean cook chamber, and ready for another round of craft BBQ.

🔥 BBQ Trailer Update #3! 🔥

We're making progress! 🙌

The 3-bay sink and hand wash sink are installed, the flooring is down, the walls and ceiling are finished, and... we may not have our new serving window yet, but we did get a pretty awesome new shelf! 😂

We're still waiting on the new serving window to arrive from the manufacturer, but once it's here, we'll be one more major step closer to hitting the road.

Watching this empty cargo trailer transform into a commercial BBQ kitchen has been an incredible journey, and we can't wait to serve y'all some maple-infused craft BBQ from this thing.
