As the sound of clashing steel and the cheering crowd fades into memory there is one last group of unsung champions of the Ventura Melee Megabowl 2026 to acknowledge.
​As the adrenaline peaked and the lists turned into a whirlwind of armor. axes, and violence, our yellow clad marshals stood as the calm in the eye of the hurricane. It takes a special kind of courage to step into the fray without a shield, armed only with a pole flag and a commitment to the code.
​They were there for every heavy hit, ensuring that while the combat was fierce, the conduct remained honorable. They watched over every downed fighter and called every match with integrity and esteem.
​To the crew in yellow: You kept us safe, kept us honest, and kept the spirit of the Megabowl pure. Thank you for your watchful eyes and balanced judgment.

What a weekend at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. The dust has finally settled on the 4th Annual Ventura Melee Megabowl. Ten men's teams and 4 women’s team's brought their very best! We celebrate those who endured the savagery and reigned fierce in the list. Here are the official podium results from Sunday's battles:

For all those that supported Team USA fighters in going overseas to compete in the Buhurt International World Championships when purchasing tickets for Ventura Melee Megabowl. The official results are in! USA 2 took home Silver in the 5vs5 melee and USA 1 finished in 5th place. These two teams joined for the 12 vs 12 melee and took home silver in that category as well. Many more medals were earned by Team USA duelists and outrance fighters as well. Thank you for your support!
