It's safe to say my cup is overflowing after a truly healing weekend. ❤️

Lately I've felt like I've been in a bit of a slump, so I made the decision to pour back into myself. To get my heart pumping, spend time with some of my favorite people, meet new faces, and do some much-needed soul work.

We kicked off the weekend at at the beautiful venue. and created such an incredible experience where every little detail mattered. The energy was contagious, the smiles were endless, and the collaborations were everywhere you looked. Plus where else can you get a workout AND your hair done? Thanks

Saturday brought a Floating Dream Sound Bath at Mystical Oasis Sound Studio, and let me tell you... that hammock and those sound bowls put me right back into alignment. .oasis.healing

We wrapped up the weekend with a Reiki & Shamanic Full Moon Sound Bath with Mic and Annmarie. It was a beautiful reminder to let go of what no longer serves us, release the fear of the past, and make space for what's meant to come next.

Huge thank you to my girls Alex, Terra, Christa, and Michaela for sharing this weekend with me. I laughed, I reflected, I recharged, and I left feeling lighter than I have in a long time.

My heart is full. My mind is clear. My soul is recharged. Now it's time to get back to creating, growing, and making some magic. ✨🤍

BNI Master Connectors understood the assignment 🏆💪

Last night at the Best of North Port Awards, our chapter was everywhere. Winners, finalists, nominees... our members were well represented!

Our motto is Givers Gain, and last night was proof that when you invest in others, support your community, and show up consistently, great things happen.
