Did everyone enjoy Fathers day?
here is this week's newest updates. So we are a little over 30 days for everything but I think we will beat that here soon. This week im going to focus on getting everyone's orders out -raw photos and video, FREE DVDs, Blu-rays, digital wedding books and much more!! ill send you all a tracking number when I drop it all off at the post office. Happy Monday everyone! Here is the newest project list
We hope you all had a great weekend.
*** IMPORTANT*** We will be sending out a email to all couples that have events with us AUG 1st 2025 and on to confirm that you do have a vendor table reserved for us on your day OR if you prefer to cancel your day with us and get a refund at the end of the season (if your event is over 6 hours). Most of our clients do have the newer contract that this is already stated in there but for those of you that do NOT have it in the contract and only state s dinner If you have questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us.
Also a reminder the questionnaire is mandatory. If you need help creating a timeline I am MORE than happy to get one together for you at no additional cost but it is a REQUIREMENT to have it completed top to bottom.

Hey all. Robert here. I hate to come on here with any negativity. All i want is to capture your day to the best if my ability. My team and I will go the extra mile to get that perfect shot or stay that extra hour. We love doing what we do. But as of today it will be mandatory for you to have a vendor table in the main seating area. Not a storage room, not a closet, not 2 floors down, not outside, not in a stairwell, not on the floor with plates on our laps.we have run into a few issues with us not being in the vicinity and things starting with out our photo and video team. If you don't want to respect us as people and have a table chairs and some water for us. Then we will send an invoice for an inconvenience fee of $300. If you think this is to much then ill be more than happy to refund you for you day at the end of our season. I hate to come off as brash or forward or what ever word you want to describe it as but im currently sitting on the floor waiting for a plate of food so I can take it 3 floors away from the event so I can take 2 bites of food cause im to paranoid that something will start with out me. We will be reaching out to couples that are out 45-60 days as i understand floor plans maybe set and might be to late to change.
