Wednesday night was a good one at The Mat Club!

Our Littles worked on push-pulls and creating angles before wrapping up with sumo, situational wrestling, and live goes.

Our Bigs focused on creating angles to their single leg attacks and worked through several finishes for when they run into a tough sprawl. We finished practice with some live wrestling and a toughness circuit.

No better place to be on a Friday summer evening than the wrestling room. Hope to see you tonight!

We had an awesome first practice on Monday and we’re excited to get back on the mat this afternoon!

Practice Times:
• Ages 8-12: 5:30 PM
• Ages 13-18: 7:00 PM

The Mat Club opens practices June 1st!
We are raising the bar for Porter County Wrestling, celebrating the success of the past and creating success in the future.
Sign ups will be available early next week!
