September is always one of our busiest months, and we’re incredibly thankful for everyone who trusted us to be a part of their event. A lot of early mornings, long days, truckloads of equipment, and plenty of miles!

Here are just a few pictures from some of our September setups.

The tents are up and we’re ready for the air show!

Our crew has been hard at work getting everything set up for a BIG weekend. We love getting to be a part of events like this and seeing our tents put to good use!

Did you know we can create simple 3D layout mockups to help you visualize how your tent, tables, and chairs might fit in your space?

Our goal is simply to help you feel more confident about your setup and make the rental process as smooth as possible. If you'd like a layout with your quote, just let us know! Here is a peek of a couple of events we've been working on lately.

What a week at RVTE!

A big thank you to our crew for all the hard work, flexibility, and long hours that went into making these events a success. We’d also like to give a shoutout to Stateline Bounce House Rentals and Cork & Clover Events for the assist on a couple of jobs this week.

Set up and ready for the National D1 Ultimate Frisbee Championship in Rockford this weekend!

Did you know we have nearly 20,000 lbs of concrete ballasts and we’re making more all the time?

These blocks allow us to safely install frame tents in locations where traditional staking isn’t an option. When it comes to stability, concrete ballast is the gold standard. With a lower center of gravity and far less risk of shifting compared to water barrels, they’re the safest solution for securing your event.

Another install today where stakes weren’t an option.

Big things happening over here 👀

We’re excited to share that we’ve officially signed the lease on our new shop! This space is going to help us stay more organized, improve turnaround times, and continue growing what we can offer for your events.

One thing we’re especially looking forward to offering—customer pickups (coming soon). We’re working on getting everything set up to make that process quick and easy for you.

More updates to come as we get fully settled in, but we’re excited about what this means moving forward.

✅ First tent setup timelapse complete! The kids helped today, and even at timelapse speed you can still tell sidewalls are our least favorite part. 😂
