It’s been such a busy month, but I’m going back to make sure I capture these moments.

So grateful for the opportunity to serve as the wedding officiant for this beautiful couple. A DC wedding, a lovely day, a beautiful and intimate venue, and such a warm and welcoming family. Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. Standing with two people as they begin forever is always an honor.

This weekend was such a beautiful one — the weather was perfect! 🌤️ The Ministry for You had the honor of officiating a wedding in Gaithersburg, Maryland. What a joy it is to serve couples and be part of their special day. 💍

Yes, there are some exciting things coming down the pipeline! I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be releasing a new book very soon. There are so many ways you can support me in this season. Of course, words of encouragement mean the world, but here’s how you can take it a step further:
1. Purchase a copy of the book for yourself.
2. Consider purchasing a copy for someone else as a gift.
3. Share the news or the link with others in your circle.

I won’t reveal too much just yet, but I will say this—this new release is a children’s book centered around Christmas. While I do have other books in the works that are not yet finished with the publishing process, this one is ready to make its debut.

I wanted to give my circle and network a heads up in advance, because I’m truly hoping for your support this holiday season.

So proud of how far The Ministry for Y.O.U. LLC has come! 🙌🏾✨

I officiated my first wedding back in 2012, right after I was ordained—and since then, I’ve had the honor of leading weddings in all kinds of styles and places. From Ferris wheels 🎡 to beaches 🌊, country clubs, restaurants, and more… no two ceremonies are ever the same.

In 2021–22, I made it official with my LLC in Maryland, and this journey has been amazing! I’ve officiated in MD, DE, VA, PA, AL, and just last week—I finally did my very first official wedding in Washington, D.C. 🙌🏾 Plus, I just expanded into West Virginia!

Every couple, every ceremony, every “I do” is what keeps me going. 💍❤️

✨ What a privilege! ✨

After officiating hundreds of weddings up and down the East Coast—from Philly to D.C., Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, and even Alabama—it was such an honor to finally perform an official wedding right here in Washington, D.C., our nation’s capital. 🇺🇸💍

For years, many of my DC couples chose Maryland licenses, which meant the “official” ceremonies had to take place in Maryland, even if the celebration was held in DC. But this time, everything came together for a true DC wedding—license and all.

💡 And here’s some advice: Get you an officiant who knows the ins and outs of the wedding process—from the courts to the paperwork. Don’t just settle for someone who’s doing it for the money. Your wedding deserves more than that—it deserves care, expertise, and someone committed to making sure every detail counts, both legally and spiritually. ❤️
