Scenes from the kick off event for the Tenth Annual Pat Conroy Literary Festival benefiting the Pat Conroy Literary Center at Beaufort’s historic Tidalholm. The Great Santini and The Big Chill were both filmed in the house.

Guests were served passed hors d’oeuvres created by Catering by Debbi Covington. Two of the recipes were Pat Conroy’s and featured in The Pat Conroy Cookbook.
