I want to send a sincere thank you to all who sent condolences while I was dealing with my moms passing. The truck is done in the shop with a new engine and transmission. I haven't decided if we will continue or not. We might sell. Please bear with me while I figure things out.

We’ve had a dream for years to open a food truck, and finally, it’s our reality. Josh is our head chef, has a culinary background and a passion for cooking. Wife Shannon handles the scheduling, social media and other behind scene tasks. From raising six sons between us, we've come to understand the need for quality food at reasonable prices.
