Named for Hyde Park’s beloved Promontory Point and inspired by the fire pit council rings that dot its shore, The Promontory serves the local community with food, drinks, and entertainment appealing to diverse tastes. The second floor of The Promontory serves as a nightlife and entertainment destination in Hyde Park by offering high caliber live music in a gorgeous modern venue with a state-of-the-art sound system. The venue serves as a neighborhood center, hosting a multitude of events including concerts, local vendor markets, literary events, and more. The first-floor restaurant and bar are designed around a brick hearth that imparts a simple, natural and honest approach to cooking.
