Reminder that our shooting ranges will be closing at 3:30 pm tomorrow (Saturday, 6/7/25) in celebration of a wedding! Normal business hours will resume Sunday.

Also, due to the rain this week, the sporting clays course is not yet fully back together after the state shoot, but trap and five stand are open! We apologize for any inconvenience!

We would like to say a giant THANK YOU to everyone who made our first KSSCA State Championship Tournament possible! These events take a village, and we are grateful for every single person! (Bear with us as this will be a long post!) First, thank you to all of the KS State voters who believed in us and allowed us to host the shoot to begin with, and thank you to each of the 277 shooters who participated! And a big thank you to Brent and Andrew Fleming with GP TRAPS LLC. as well as Jake Neely for all of the invaluable guidance along the way. Thank you to all of our sponsors who helped to make the event possible. Big thank you to Russell County and the road crews for working through the weather we had leading up to the tournament. Thank you to our fantastic target setters: the GP Crew, Jake Neely, Drew Ricketts, and Nathan Flanagan. Thank you to Jason Spengle for all of your assistance and for the amazing photos. Thank you to FHSU Head Coach Jerrod Lies for jumping in anywhere we needed you. Thank you to Dr. Duane Shepherd and Teresa Shepherd for all of your hard work making sure the Make-A-Break ran smoothly. Thank you to Jeff Oakes and Connor for the added manpower. Thank you to our amazing volunteers, especially those of you who jumped in last minute. Thank you to Danielle with Score Chaser for running our registration, and thank you to the members of the Russell, Hays, and Goodland shooting teams for all of your help score keeping and loading targets.
