Update… unfortunately we will not have a schedule at this time due to the treatment plan for my husband. He will be doing a 5 day a week treatment. We are keeping our events that are already scheduled so far and will open in Superior as we can. I apologize for any inconvenience… I will post any events that we are committed to that are open to the public soon. Thank you all for being so patient with us. It is very much appreciated. We thank you for all your love and support during this time.

Good afternoon everyone… so, we have unfortunate news so here goes… as most of you already know my husband and I took over my brothers food truck last summer.
We have just recently learned that my husband had stage 3 lung cancer. Now it doesn’t mean we won’t be doing the food truck it just means we don’t think we can maintain a permanent schedule. We still have plans to run the food truck when he’s feeling up to it… what started this journey was the loss of his voice with a paralyzed vocal cord. Scans picked up a Tumor in his chest that turned out to be cancer.
So with that being said I just want you all to know we appreciate the love and support each of you have for us and the understanding of this terrible news…. As we dive furthar into this and get more answers, we will keep you all informed as we know. Thank you all again for your love, support and prayers.

Just checking in with everyone… we haven’t forgotten about the schedule, we’ve had a bunch of events scheduled so hopefully we should have a schedule out soon!! We are also finishing up the ownership changeover…. We can’t wait to start seeing everyone again soon!

Ok folks… by the looks of the upcoming weather, we will be finishing off the season with tacos! That’s right TACOS!

Possibly Saturday during the Christmas tree lighting event! TBD
With that being said, if weather allows then we can try to open on the warmer days so postings will be sporadic. We will have a set schedule come spring and we hope to see you this week!

Due to the storm that’s coming in we are going to try to open on Thursday in St. Regis off the 135/moxie mkt and the post office 11-3
Superior on Friday 11-3
If the weather holds out then we will do a makeup day possibly on Saturday.. we will keep you informed. We’re gonna keep going as long as the weather holds out and until our tanks start freezing up!! Thank you everyone!!
