It’s time for my annual announcement about who I am, who you’re following, and what I stand for:
Neurodivergent teacher and photographer who believes fiercely in human rights.
Multiple degrees in areas that teach critical thinking, empathy, and citing sources.
Short spiky hair and a nose ring, but loves pretty skirts and dresses.
Proudly flying our ally flag alongside the college football team’s pennant.
Still can name 80s songs in one note, but obsessed with Taylor and Harry Styles.
Able to live out of a minivan and tent for five weeks in the southwest in summer, but definitely appreciating the all-inclusive resorts these days.
Calling out hateful comments online, even if it makes me lose clients and friends.
Gluten-free, tree-nut free, and allergic to a million other things which makes me an absolute pleasure to host.
Believer in human rights, planned parenthood, free lunch programs, paying a little extra for my taxes if it improves the town’s services and its most vulnerable populations.
Passionate about mental health, education, and family fun.
Not a fan of sweating from my eyeballs.
