So grateful for the love and recognition Pistachios Catering & Events received last year with a nomination for Caterer of the Year 🤍 It meant more than you know.

The West Michigan Food & Beverage Awards are open again, and if you feel moved to support local food artisans, this is a beautiful way to do it. If Pistachios comes to mind for Caterer of the Year, we’d be honored to be considered once more — and it would mean the world to see Chef Andrew Minor recognized for his heart, creativity, and dedication as Chef of the Year.

We’re sending a huge congratulations to our friend Nidal and his brother Maher of Shawarma King on Drake in Kalamazoo, who officially reopened yesterday after a devastating pipe burst back in January. As fellow small business owners, we know the grit, heart, and long hours it takes to weather a setback like that—and we couldn’t be happier to see their doors open again.
