We will be hosting it here at Glen Gables on April 10th!🍽️
Contact us ASAP about making your reservation!
3 people will be be admitted free and any extras will be charged $15 to enter.

Dear 2020 Spring clients,
With the recent spread of the coronavirus, we are doing everything in our power to accommodate your needs in this trying time. We have several prime dates available for rescheduling if you choose or the need arises. We at Black Forest Catering are dedicated to serving you, ensuring that you have everything the way you want it on your special day. Below is a list of dates that are available both in house and Glen Gables, we have many others as well. Please contact your banquet coordinator to reschedule or with any questions and concerns you may have. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of the Black Forest family.

Black Forest dates available:

June all fridays and sundays
Saturdays: 13th, 20th, 27th

July all fridays/sundays
Saturdays: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th

August all fridays and sundays
Saturdays: 1st, 8th, 15th, 29th

September: Everything is open

October the only available saturday date is the 24th
All Sundays are good, and 4 of the 5 Fridays are available

Glen Gables:

May all dates are open!!!!

June: Fridays available are 5th, 12th, and 26th
Saturdays the 6th and 27th
All Sundays are open!!

July: All Fridays and sundays are open

IMPORTANT CORONA VIRUS INFORMATION-PLEASE READ

Dear Clients,

Black Forest is committed to the health and safety of our clients and our staff. We take this virus (COVID-19) and all virus' very serious.
We have one main objective: to keep our families and your families safe. Black Forest is working closely with The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) to follow all disinfecting procedures ordered by the CDC.

What We Will Do:
Black Forest uses hospital grade disinfectant, 70% alcohol, and disposables.
We will use fresh pairs of disposable gloves and are constantly removing and applying new ones.
We will wash or sanitize our hands often.
We will make sure that our workers are not ill while working or plan on working with any clients/events.

What You Should Do:
Please wash or sanitize your hands when coming in contact with any of our staff, or attending any events we have in house or offsite.
If you are ill with a sore throat, fever, or congestion (illness related) please let us know beforehand.

As of now, Black Forest is not cancelling any events that are currently scheduled. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
