So happy to be returning as the head chef for 2026

As my life and work have made big transitions, it is so nice to maintain a steadfast tradition. I'm looking forward to spending yet another year with some tru pals.

Served Confit chicken over rutabaga + vanilla mash with a fennel-marigold relish on top and delicious mid rare ribeye.
Finished the evening with an Italian lemon cake filled with whipped quince-marscapone and topped with vanilla buttercream frosting.

Couldn't have asked for a better team this year! BIG thank you to each and everyone of the kitchen staff who brought such great energy this year! Also a big thank you to our volunteer (Seva) crew who holds it down in the kitchen making prep go by like a breeze 🌬️🍃. And of course thank you to all who helped serve each meal! Community engagement is the reason I enjoy these gatherings so much, it truly takes a village to build one! Until next time 🖤

I have returned from my summertime off grid catering and intend to post more on THIS grid with all that I have been up to and what's to come. ! It has been a very busy season with a full fall on the horizon. As the dog days come to a close, I am so grateful to be back on this cloudy coast I call home.
