Alrighty folks, we appreciate all the interest, and are excited to bring you a a cajun experience you won’t forget!!

Pickup Saturday in the Hubs Pub lot in Bonne Terre. Orders 10lbs and over please reach out to schedule pickup so there’s no wait.

We do expect to sell out, so if you didn’t reserve, please do so in order for us to plan accordingly.

Prices will be posted in this thread today as soon as we get confirmation of market price.

Happy Memorial Day!! We’ve had a cancellation for next weekend, and although a weekend off sounds nice, sure hate to waste one of the last of crawfish season.

We would love to offer fresh boiled crawfish by the pound. Any quantity 2-30lb for pickup 5/31 between 11-2pm. Please comment below with a preorder quantity so we can gauge whether or not to bring this to life.

Prices will be dependent on market price crawfish, but will be near $10/lb with volume discounts. (Message please for large volume).
