Salin LLC. will host multiple Release Table events in 2025. Salin has finalized projected events and booked locations as part of the Self-Care Launch Celebration for Salin's birthday 🥳. Established in 2022, The Release Table collaborated with Rawww Talk, founded by Mrs. LSG, for R&R discussions on Mrs. LSG's Podcast. Various workshops and events are planned. Salin LLC. Mrs LSG

The Release Table is a safe place that empowers others to Release the their daily stresses and experiences by channeling into our inner beauty & bringing it inside out. Through fellowship, self- care workshops, and R&R chat events for personal care.

Change does not come because you deny your issues. Change comes from the mindset, professional mental health therapy, and the individual wanting to do better. So many people who are not healed damage so many good people bringing their toxic baggage to people who have no idea how damaged they are. It's a repetitive cycle because the problem has never been taken care of. There are so many awesome professionals to help people but the stigma in our community of seeking help saddens me! I've seen this way to much over the course of my career; whether it's substance abuse, losing their children, their spouses, depression, or sexual addictions to name a few. 2023 DO better break the cycle! Get the help you deserve and Release whatever it is that broke you.
