Pure🤍Joy!

These words keep coming to mind when I think about Becca & Jason and their wedding day.

From the very beginning, these two were simply so much fun to work with. Becca approached the planning and creative process with excitement, trust and an openness to ideas that made designing their celebration incredibly rewarding. When their wedding day arrived, the joy they share seemed to spill into absolutely everything.

Their love for Crested Butte became one of the threads woven throughout the design. Artist renderings of a favorite mountain landscape appeared throughout the paper details, signage and custom dance floor, bringing a place they love into their celebration at Planet Bluegrass.

The colors reflected that beautiful transition from summer into fall, with warm peach and apricot, soft blush, burgundy, natural greens and touches of gold complementing the surrounding landscape.

Guests gathered beneath the trees for the ceremony, shared family style courses al fresco, lingered together as the light changed over the property and eventually made their way to the pavilion for dancing.

And dance they did. ✨

Of all the beautiful details we created for this wedding, what I will remember most is how happy these two were.

The best details tell you something about the people they were created for.

For Lauren & Adam, their late-summer wedding at the Denver Botanic Gardens was about creating a celebration that felt thoughtful, personal and completely at home within the beauty of the gardens.

Lauren’s love of birding became one of those personal details. Rather than turning it into a theme, we wove subtle references throughout the design—from illustrated paper details to hand-selected Wild Bird plates from the Enjoué Collection. Patterned linens, garden-inspired florals and layers of collected tabletop brought everything together.

But some of our favorite details from this day aren’t details at all.

They’re the intimate moments captured between Lauren & Adam; the quiet glances, walking hand in hand through the gardens, and the way they simply seemed at home together. Those images feel especially meaningful because they reflect the thoughtful nature of their celebration so beautifully.

Because meaningful design isn’t about adding more. It’s about noticing what matters, and creating a day that feels like the people at the center of it.

Happy anniversary, Lauren & Adam. We loved revisiting this beautiful day. 🤍

What Most People Don’t Know About Event Lighting

One of the most misunderstood aspects for events is that beautiful lighting isn’t created by selecting a chandelier. 

It’s created through thoughtfully layered lighting that shapes how a celebration feels from the moment guests arrive until the final dance. Each layer serves a purpose.

Ambient lighting establishes the overall mood.

Architectural lighting celebrates the beauty of a tent or venue space.

Decorative lighting becomes part of the visual story.

Accent lighting highlights the details you’ve invested in.

Candlelight brings warmth and intimacy.

Some weddings happen in a place. Others are designed around it.

For Morgan & Jack, the family ranch became the heart of a weekend-long celebration.

Their dream was to gather loved ones for a full wedding weekend: staying together on the land, sharing meals, stories, and celebrations beneath the Colorado sky.

To bring this vision to life, we designed a glamping tent village along the river, creating spaces for guests to stay, gather, dine, and celebrate throughout the weekend. Rows of canvas tents dotted the meadow, while gathering tents for each day’s events became the heart of the celebration.

This is the kind of work we love most at Enjoué Studio Events, blending environmental design and guest experience to create celebrations that feel deeply connected to place.

Set within the Italian-inspired architecture of Oceana’s Gardens, this fall celebration drew from the surrounding landscape—deep, painterly tones, collected textures, and a quiet sense of old-world European charm. Every detail was layered to complement the estate setting, creating an atmosphere that felt intimate, timeless, and richly romantic.
