Hours - Flexible Schedule (initially probably only 10-20hrs per week)

Description:
This position will start you out as an assistant for my wedding photography business (Love Long and Prosper) and over time you will be trained to essentially run the company.
I'm looking for a real go-getter who I can train to run my business within about 2 years, which at that point you will be making $100k/year.
Initially your job will entail answering emails, handling random small tasks, assisting me as a lighting assistant during weddings, assisting with the photobooth (hence why you must be local), posting on social media and learning the ins and outs to how the business runs.
Overtime you will be literally running the business so you will be handling all emails, making assignments for myself and other VAs/assistants, handling payroll, scheduling, scheduling out content, etc.
This job is perfect for someone who is super organized, is fantastic at putting the big picture on paper, and has a ton of interest in learning new systems.
Requirements:
-Has a flexible enough schedule to be the lighting assistant for weddings and shoots
-Has a car
-Is tech savvy, and has their own solid PC
-Pays attention to details (prove this by saying you "hate weddings" in your application!)
-Must be able to move heavy objects
The Ideal candidate:
-Is more of a leader, rather than a manager
-Enjoys learning new things
-Is super easy going but understands when to be stern
-Someone who I can actually see being my boss in 2 years....because you will be.
-You are also open to moving to Colorado or Texas or wherever the company moves to (far from a requirement, but it's a nice bonus)
Bonuses:
-Job will NOT initially have benefits such as health and retirement, but it will overtime

-We will evaluate your past work, contributions, and progress every 6 months. And you will get a sizeable raise according to the progress.

-You are not vaccinated (we will have to attend many weddings and shoots. To constantly have to worry about covid tests and quarantining is not an option)
