We love dinner parties! Just add guests and we can pair wine right from your own collection.
On this night we served an amuse of Kahlua smoked Pork atop Pickled Cabbage & Crispy Rice Noodles with Wasabi Sprouts. Next was Heirloom Tomatoes paired with Proscuitto & Balsamic Glaze. Our entree featured a Filet with Sweet Potato Dauphionoise; and we finished off the evening with a classic Peach Pie.

Enjoying the fall season with some great seasonal produce! Featuring Delicata, Acorn, & Butternut squash, & Lemon Goat Cheese from One Windmill Farms. Also, Heirloom Tomatoes from Four Peaks Farms. Thanks to local farms for providing us with such tasty menu options!
