I’ve always believed that healing doesn’t have to feel strange or out of reach.

That’s why I’m so excited to share that I’ll be featured on the show “Taking the Weird Out of Woo”, airing September 10th!

In this episode, I talk about something deeply personal:
How imposter syndrome and loneliness can quietly take hold and how hypnotherapy helps shift these patterns from the inside out.

I’d love for you to watch, reflect, and join me in normalizing healing as a human, beautiful process.

"Oh my gosh! Paige is a magician!"

My client just told me today: "I showed up totally different this week than I have for years! It was really cool! I was like – 'OH my gosh! Paige is a magician!'"

Yay! This is what we’re going for! It's not about consciously working hard to act and be different; it's about reprogramming the mind. When the subconscious gets reprogrammed, you show up in a new way without even thinking about it – and then you go, "Wow! That worked!"

Whether you're ending self-sabotage, getting unstuck, or reaching your goals faster and easier, I can guarantee this will work quicker and smoother than anything you’ve tried yet.

For years, I thought I was just easygoing.
I hated conflict, stayed quiet, avoided being a burden.
I wore independence like a badge of honor.

But underneath those traits was fear.
Fear of being too much.
Fear of being abandoned.
Fear of what might happen if I actually said what I needed.

These weren’t just parts of my personality, they were parts of my protection.

This post is for anyone who’s questioning their patterns and starting to wonder:
“Is this really who I am or who I had to become?”

You’re not broken, you adapted beautifully to survive. And now, you get to choose what stays and what heals.

Which slide resonated most with you? I’d love to hear in the comments.

We’ve been taught that rest comes after achievement. That we must first prove our worth, check every box, please every person and then maybe, we’re allowed to pause.

But here’s the truth:
Rest is not something you earn. It’s something you’re biologically wired to need.
It’s not laziness. It’s wisdom. It’s not quitting. It’s recalibrating.
Your nervous system needs slowness. Your body deserves softness.

And you? You’re worthy of rest simply because you are.
If you needed this reminder today, you’re not alone.

For a long time, I thought emotional safety just meant staying calm.
But then I realized, I had trained myself to look calm while my body was in survival mode.

True emotional safety isn’t about perfection, regulation, or keeping it together.

It’s about feeling free to pause, to speak, to feel without fear. It’s the difference between sharing your truth and fearing how it will land. Between existing quietly and belonging fully.

This carousel is a love note to anyone who has felt the need to over-explain, people please, or disappear in order to feel safe.

You deserve a life where your nervous system can rest.
Which slide felt most real for you today? Let’s talk in the comments.

And if you’re on a journey of nervous system healing, I’d love to walk with you.

So many of us carry shame for how we responded in moments of stress, sadness, or sensitivity.

We replay it over and over:
Was I too much?
Did I overreact?
Why can’t I just handle things like everyone else?

But here’s the truth:
You weren’t overreacting.
You were overwhelmed.
Your body wasn’t failing you, it was protecting you.

The tears, the shutdown, the anger, the freeze, they were survival. And survival is never something to be ashamed of. Youre emotions are messengers. The more you can understand their message abd have compassion for your past self, the more space you create for healing.

If this landed for you, share it with someone who might need the same reminder today.

And follow for more gentle nervous-system support.

I used to say “I’m fine” with a smile on my face
Even when my body was trembling on the inside.

Even when I couldn’t sleep.
Even when the tears stayed stuck behind my eyes.
Even when I had no idea what I was feeling just that it was too much.

We learn to hide, perform, cope, survive.
But we don’t learn how to be with ourselves.
We don’t learn how to feel safe in the truth of what we carry.

If you’ve ever felt emotionally numb, disconnected, or frozen behind a smile, I hope you find yourself in these words.

Because the moment you stop pretending to be okay,
is the moment healing truly begins.

The fact I can feel better first, that part of you that is terrifiesd needs to be witnessed though.

Hypnotherapy gateway to this healing, inner knowing and self love.

If this spoke to something inside you,
I’d love to hear your story too. Share in the comments, or simply DM me.

You don’t have to go through this alone. 💛

Have you ever been told you’re too emotional, too intense, too much?

What if I told you, you were never “too” anything.
You were simply feeling deeply in a world that didn’t know how to hold depth.
You were simply expressing in spaces that didn’t offer room for your full expression.

Most of us learned to shrink ourselves, not because we were wrong, but because the environment around us lacked the capacity to see, hear, and honor who we really are.

This is your reminder:
You are not too much.
You were simply never given the safety and permission to unfold fully.

Healing begins when we stop editing ourselves to be digestible.
It begins when we take up space emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
It begins when we surround ourselves with people, practices, and places that say:
“You are safe to be all of you here.”

You don’t need to be smaller.
You need to be supported.

Tell me in the comments: what’s one part of you you’re ready to stop hiding?

Save this post for when you need the reminder. Share it with someone who needs to hear this today.

You’re not too sensitive.
You’re not overreacting.
You’re not broken.

Your body may simply be trying to keep you safe the only way it knows how.

When your nervous system has been in survival mode for too long, even small things can feel overwhelming.
These signs aren’t flaws, they’re messages. Invitations to slow down, to listen, and to offer yourself softness.

If you saw yourself in these signs, know this: regulation is possible. Healing happens slowly, in safe spaces, and in moments of self-trust.

You don’t have to do it alone.

👇 Save this post if you needed the reminder. Share it with someone who might need it too.

Sometimes love means saying,
“I care deeply, but I can’t hold this for you today.”

Boundaries aren’t walls, they’re bridges built with honesty, clarity, and self-respect.

So many of us grew up thinking love means always saying yes, always being available, always absorbing others’ emotions. But the truth is: love grows when we’re allowed to take care of ourselves, too.

If setting boundaries feels uncomfortable, you’re not alone. It’s not rejection, it’s self-protection and emotional maturity.

Gentle reminder: You can be kind and clear. You can love people and still choose yourself.⁣

Which one of these boundaries resonated with you the most?

Let me know in the comments or share this with someone who’s learning to love with limits.
