Hi, I’m Amy, worst instagrammer of all time and I never know what to do with my hands in photos.
Truth is, my hands (and mind) are always doing something. My idea of relaxing consists of building giant lego sets with my little guy or working on a project around the house.
I have zero chill and try as I might, it is impossible for me to stop brainstorming something - most times it’s pertaining to a client’s event, or a trip I’m planning, a clever idea for something, anything really.
With everything, I think and then overthink every single idea which is often why I rarely post on IG, by the time I overthink about it an hour went by and I need to move on to my actual to do list. If I’m being honest, I used to get really down on myself for my paralysis by analysis but lately, I’m embracing it. What I thought was a weakness is really my strength to do what I do, and to a degree, to be who I am.
A few other inconsequential details:
Art is my favorite thing to gift myself
A cool, visually interesting book is my favorite thing to gift other people.
If life required a uniform, mine would be jean shorts, white t-shirt and a pair of .
Santa Teresa / Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica is my absolute favorite place in the world.
About half of the events I do are for repeat clients. Working through families and friend groups is the greatest compliment ever received.
The people and handsome pup in the following photos are my reason for everything. Individually we are wildly different but my home is filled to the brim with love…and opinions.
Concerts & live music (with a delicious dinner, obviously) are my favorite nights out and reason to leave the house outside of obligations and events. Otherwise, I’m pretty content in my self-diagnosed agoraphobic lifestyle 😅.
With all of the sincerity in my heart, I really do love my job, the connections I make and facilitate making, the core memories and life milestones I get to witness. I lead with love and thoughtfulness with every project I have the opportunity to be a part of.
