We love serving Prosecco, but we’ve been serving so much else lately, too! This past weekend we tapped cherry limeade Moscow mules and they were SO good. We love tapping our customer’s favorite drinks - alcoholic or not! - to really add a special touch to events.

People often think that because we own a tap truck, we use it all the time but the sad thing is, we don’t break it out for ourselves as much as we would like! But this past weekend we had a tiki party with a few friends and it was so fun to tap some of our favorite tiki cocktails (the jungle bird is our absolute FAVE) and enjoy the nice weather. Our kids all loved having their own tiki drinks (virgin mai tais!) and playing in the truck while the adults enjoyed their own adult cocktails 😜 Tiki is absolutely a state of mind!

Jungle bird cocktail
2 Oz pineapple juice
1/2 Oz fresh lime juice
1/2 Oz simple syrup (Demerara preferred)
3/4 Oz Campari
1.5 Oz black blended rum

This cocktail is super batch friendly - when we tap it, we just change the Oz to cups and multiply it! Serve over ice - we did with a pineapple leaf. Needless to say, it didn’t last the whole party 🌺

We had a very important wedding this weekend! Fizzolino was there to help celebrate the wedding of my little sister Mollie and her new husband, Gage. We had the absolute best time with Moscow mules and old fashioneds on tap with specialty apple cider syrup. It was the perfect addition to their day and we love being able to help our family celebrate.

Obsessed with every single photo from these two’s day! Sam and Andrea had the most beautiful backyard wedding, and we love couples with a bar menu super catered to them. They chose two beers from their favorite local brewery, . Cheers to many years!

Know what beats the heat? ICE COLD DRINKS. We’ll be serving FREE mojitos, rosé and Prosecco at ’ Christmas in July event tomorrow (Saturday) from 4-8.
