What does it take to lead a team that is responsible for serving 300,000 school lunches every day? A hard-working management team, exceptional leadership, and consistency. It also helps if you can keep the team motivated and having fun!

It was a pleasure to once again provide the production and serve as Master of Ceremonies for Pomptonian's annual Manager's Meeting at the Westmount Country Club. The six hour event featured continuing education presentations, live action situational skits, an in-depth Q&A discovery session, a personalized version of Family Feud, an impactful keynote presentation from Lou Pepe, and plenty of good vibes, prizes, interactive games, singing, and dancing from yours truly!

Wishing Mark and Candy Vidovich and the entire Pomptonian Team another year of success and making a difference in the food service industry.
