My sweat-dripping, confidence-boosting Cardio Burlesque Class is built on mood, music, and street dance styles. Every class has a theme, shaping the soundtrack and energy as the tempo builds from slow burn to full fire. I teach nonverbally through repetition, so you drop out of your head and into your body—no overthinking or language barriers, just dancing unapologetically.

We start with full-body stretch sequences layered with core work to wake up and connect with our bodies. From there, the class shifts into choreography created in real time, building step by step through repetition as the music intensifies. I create based on the vibe and skill levels of the dancers, shaping the movement on the spot so every class is genuine and alive.
