I'm Mandy. 👋🏼 I design & plan weddings (and teach Wedding Day Yoga) here at Modern Whimsy Events, and I absolutely love getting to know my clients and their love stories. I still cry at almost every wedding, no lie. I'm here to make your day beautiful and stress free, and to be your down-to-earth, badass, compassionate planner as you get ready for one of the biggest days of your life.

I also have a passion for health & wellness, and I co-founded a bi-monthly workshop series called with my friend recently. We're working hard to bring self-love & self-care education and experiences to women in Austin and across the U.S., and I find that the motivation behind both of these ventures is the same: to help people. I love helping, and showing folks that they can be their best selves. And so that they can have gorgeous weddings, too, let's be honest.

Last month, I had the pleasure of photographing (and eating) a beautifully plated dinner at Pink Avocado's Bread & Circus Supper Club held at Palm Door on Sabine.
