Life's Patina Open for design appt.'s and our seasonal weekend pop-up barn sales that showcase our unique finds.

Life's Patina is housed in a renovated 1800's dairy bank barn that is the perfect backdrop to showcase our unique furniture, art, home and gift items. We have themed pop up sales centered around the seasons that bring together this merchandise in artfully arranged vignettes. Event planning, vintage rentals, styling and staging services are also available.

POV: you treat yourself to tickets to our Spring Preview Party on Wednesday, May 14th🍾🌷If you’re not familiar with our Preview Parties, they were born out of our love of creating memorable experiences, taking any chance to celebrate and giving back to the community. Our Preview Parties are ticketed events that take place 2 days before our Barn Sales open and a ticket provides you with access to shop our new collection FIRST with a smaller group before we open to the public. While you peruse, you’ll also enjoy delicious, seasonal bites and sips, both non alcoholic and alcoholic. And finally, we partner with a non-profit group, typically local, to raise awareness for their cause within the community and donate a portion of our Preview Party and Barn Sale earnings to them at the end of each sale. We don’t make a profit from our Preview Party tickets, as the cost you pay goes in full toward catering and a donation to our non-profit partner. This year, we’re thrilled to support and their important work in the addiction and substance use space.

This year, we’re holding our Preview Parties on Wednesday, May 14th, with a brunch session from 11:30 am - 2 pm and an evening session from 6-8:30 pm, at Life’s Patina Willowbrook Farm. Please note the rain date of Thursday, May 15th.
